A deliberately focused fleet covering every kind of Puget Sound travel — solo executive transfers through fourteen-passenger group movements in a single vehicle. Every class is maintained on the same inspection cycle, cleaned before every reservation, and driven by chauffeurs trained on all four.

Lincoln MKT Sedan

The quiet workhorse of executive travel. The MKT is the vehicle most people picture when they picture a black car — low profile, leather seating, a genuinely smooth ride, and enough rear legroom that a suit survives the trip from Bellevue to SeaTac intact.
It is the default choice for solo business travelers and couples, and the most economical class in the fleet. If you are flying with two checked bags and a carry-on, this is the vehicle dispatch will assign unless you tell us otherwise.

SeaTac and Boeing Field transfers, corporate meetings, evenings out, and any trip where one or two travelers want the lowest fare without dropping the standard.
Chevrolet Suburban SUV
Up to 6 passengers · 6 bags · Four-wheel drive
Presence and capacity in one vehicle. The Suburban is the most requested class in the fleet because it solves the problem most Seattle travelers actually have — more luggage than a sedan holds, and weather that does not cooperate.
Third-row seating carries six passengers comfortably, and with the third row folded the cargo area swallows skis, golf bags, and oversized cases without negotiation. For Snoqualmie, Crystal Mountain, and Stevens Pass in winter, this is the vehicle we recommend without hesitation.

Mercedes-Benz Metris Van

The vehicle that fills the gap between SUV and Sprinter. Seven seats, a flat floor, sliding side doors, and a step-in height low enough that nobody has to climb — which matters more than people expect on a 6:00 a.m. cruise morning with grandparents in the party.
The Metris is our most common assignment for cruise terminal transfers to Pier 66 and Pier 91, and for parties of five to seven who would otherwise be split across two vehicles and two fares.

Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van
Up to 14 passengers · 14 bags · High roof
One vehicle for the whole party. The Sprinter's high roof means passengers stand up and walk to their seat rather than shuffling sideways, and the rear luggage bay handles fourteen checked bags without stacking them on laps.
It is the workhorse of group movement across the Puget Sound — corporate shuttles, Woodinville wine days, wedding parties, conference delegations, and the group airport transfers where the alternative is four rideshares arriving at four different times.

02 — Choosing a vehicle
If you are not sure, start here.
One to three travelers, normal bags
Book the Lincoln MKT sedan. It is the lowest fare in the fleet and handles three checked bags comfortably. Two people with one bag each rarely need anything larger.
Four to six travelers, or lots of luggage
Book the Chevrolet Suburban. Six seats, six bags, and the cargo room for skis and golf clubs. It is also the right call for any winter trip over a mountain pass.
Five to seven travelers, easy access matters
Book the Mercedes-Benz Metris. Sliding doors and a low step-in make it the friendliest vehicle for older passengers, early cruise mornings, and mobility aids.
Eight or more travelers
Book the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. Up to fourteen passengers with fourteen bags in one vehicle, one chauffeur, and one fare rather than a convoy.
A group larger than fourteen
Call dispatch at 206-747-0485. We coordinate multiple vehicles under a single point of contact, with arrivals timed together rather than trickling in.

03 — Luggage and special items
What actually fits, stated honestly.
Standard checked bags
Listed capacities assume standard checked luggage of roughly 27 inches. Larger cases count as more than one, so if you are traveling with 30-inch cases, tell dispatch and we will size up.
Skis and snowboards
The Suburban and Sprinter handle ski and board bags. A ski bag occupies roughly the space of two checked bags, which is worth accounting for before booking a sedan.
Golf clubs
Golf travel bags fit the Suburban, Metris, and Sprinter. Two full sets will not fit a sedan trunk alongside passenger luggage.
Child car seats
Infant, convertible, and booster seats are provided free on request. Give us the child's age and weight at booking so the correct seat is installed before pickup.
Mobility equipment
Folding wheelchairs and walkers are stowed at no charge. The Metris and Sprinter offer the easiest access. Our standard fleet is not lift-equipped, so call ahead to discuss specific requirements.
Cruise luggage
Cruise passengers routinely travel heavier than airline passengers. For a party of four heading to Pier 91 for a week-long sailing, we usually recommend the Suburban or Metris rather than a sedan.
04 — Maintenance and standards
Kept to one standard, across every class.
Keeping the fleet focused at four classes is a maintenance decision as much as a service one. Every vehicle runs the same inspection cycle, and every chauffeur is trained on every class — so there is no tier where the standard quietly drops.
Vehicles are retired from service before age becomes visible to a client, and each one is inspected and cleaned before every single reservation rather than at the end of a shift.

Which vehicle should I book for a SeaTac airport transfer?
For one to three passengers with standard luggage, the Lincoln MKT sedan is the standard choice. For four to six passengers, or for parties carrying skis, golf clubs, or oversized bags, the Chevrolet Suburban is better suited. Parties of seven fit the Mercedes-Benz Metris, and groups up to fourteen travel together in one Mercedes-Benz Sprinter.
How many suitcases fit in each vehicle?
The Lincoln MKT carries 3 standard checked bags, the Chevrolet Suburban 6, the Mercedes-Benz Metris 6, and the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter up to 14. Those figures assume standard checked luggage. Golf bags, skis, car seats, and oversized cases reduce the count, so tell dispatch what you are bringing when you book and we will size the vehicle correctly.
Can NW Car Services provide child car seats?
Yes. Infant, convertible, and booster seats are available on request at no additional charge. Request them at booking and include the child's age and weight so dispatch assigns the correct seat type and installs it before pickup.
Do your vehicles handle snow and mountain pass conditions?
Yes. The Chevrolet Suburban is the recommended vehicle for Snoqualmie Pass, Crystal Mountain, and Stevens Pass travel in winter, and the fleet is equipped for Northwest rain, ice, and pass conditions throughout the season.
How much does each vehicle cost to book?
Every vehicle is quoted upfront using starting-from rates that adjust for distance, vehicle class, and time of day. Sedans start lowest, followed by the SUV, Metris, and Sprinter. Can I request a specific vehicle?
Yes. Vehicle class is selected at booking and confirmed in writing before your ride. Requests are honored subject to availability, and dispatch will tell you at the time of booking if a class is unavailable for your date rather than after you have committed.
Are the vehicles wheelchair accessible?
Our standard fleet is not wheelchair-lift equipped. The Metris and Sprinter offer low step-in height and wide door openings that accommodate many mobility needs, and folding wheelchairs and walkers are stowed at no charge. How often are vehicles inspected and cleaned?
Vehicles run on a scheduled mechanical and safety inspection cycle rather than being serviced on failure, and every vehicle is inspected and cleaned inside and out before each reservation.
