Eleven services, one operation behind them

Airport transfers, cruise terminal runs, corporate itineraries, group movements, and the private hire in between. Each service is calibrated to its own context — a cruise morning is not an executive roadshow — but every one runs on the same fleet, the same chauffeur standard, and the same upfront quoted fare.

01 — Service index

Everything we run, in one place.

Every service below is quoted upfront using starting-from rates that adjust for distance, vehicle class, and time of day. Point-to-point service is priced by route; hourly service is priced by time reserved.

Service 01

Flight tracked

SeaTac Airport Transfer

Door-to-door transfers to and from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, Boeing Field, and Paine Field. Your chauffeur monitors your flight in real time from the moment it takes off, so an early landing or a three-hour delay changes nothing on your end.

On arrival we meet you curbside at the baggage claim level. Once you have your luggage, we text the exact door number where your vehicle is waiting — no garage walk, no hunting for a car. If you would rather be met inside the terminal, Meet and Greet is a $50 add-on and your chauffeur waits with a name sign and helps with bags.

  • Real-time flight tracking on every arrival
  • No charge for flight delays, ever
  • Curbside pickup at your baggage claim door
  • Door number texted before you walk out
  • Meet and Greet available at $50
  • Departure pickups timed to your check-in window
  • Child car seats free on request
  • Sedan through fourteen-passenger van

Boarding timed

Seattle Cruise Terminal Transfer

Direct service to Pier 66, the Bell Street Cruise Terminal, and Pier 91, the Smith Cove Cruise Terminal, from SeaTac, downtown hotels, and homes across the region. Departures are timed to your cruise line's boarding window rather than to a generic arrival hour, and we monitor terminal traffic on peak Saturday sailings when both piers load at once.

Cruise passengers travel heavier than airline passengers, which is why dispatch will usually size you up a class. A party of four heading out for a week in Alaska is a Suburban or Metris booking, not a sedan.

  • Pier 66 and Pier 91 direct service
  • Departures timed to cruise line boarding windows
  • Terminal traffic monitored on peak sailing days
  • Disembarkation pickups with luggage capacity to match
  • SeaTac to pier and hotel to pier routes
  • Group coordination for families sailing together
  • Vehicle sized to cruise luggage, not airline luggage
  • Post-cruise returns to airport or home

03 — Executive and corporate

For the travel that represents you.

Greater Seattle

Black Car Service

The classic executive transfer — a black sedan, a professional chauffeur, and a quiet cabin from pickup to destination. Booked in advance at a quoted fare, so there is no surge multiplier when it rains and no driver assigned two minutes before you walk out.

This is the most economical class in the fleet and the default for one or two travelers moving between downtown, Bellevue, and SeaTac.

  • Pre-arranged with a confirmed vehicle and chauffeur
  • Quiet rear cabin suitable for calls
  • Upfront quoted fare with no surge pricing
  • Bottled water and charging on board
  • Discreet, professionally dressed chauffeurs
  • Available 24 hours a day

Private Chauffeur Service

A chauffeur is not a driver with a nicer car. The distinction is professional training, commercial licensing, and responsibility for the whole experience — luggage handled, doors opened, conversation offered or the cabin left quiet, whichever you prefer.

Book point-to-point or reserve a chauffeur by the hour for a day that will not fit a fixed itinerary. Where clients travel with us regularly, we assign the same chauffeur wherever scheduling allows.

  • Licensed and background-checked chauffeurs
  • Preferred chauffeur assignment for repeat clients
  • Tailored itineraries with multiple stops
  • Regional knowledge, not app-dependent routing
  • Discretion appropriate to private and executive travel
  • Available point-to-point or by the hour

Corporate and Executive Transportation

Ongoing programs for companies that move people regularly — visiting leadership from the airport, roadshows across the Eastside, client transportation that reflects on the host, and event logistics that cannot be left to chance.

Corporate accounts get a dedicated point of contact, consolidated monthly invoicing, and documentation for vendor onboarding including certificates of insurance. Itineraries are built with buffer in every leg, because the second stop is where schedules usually break.

  • Dedicated account contact rather than general dispatch
  • Consolidated monthly invoicing
  • Roadshow and multi-stop coordination
  • Visiting executive and client transportation
  • Certificates of insurance for procurement teams
  • Preferred chauffeur assignment on request
  • Conference and offsite group logistics
  • Priority availability for account holders

04 — Group and specialty

Service 06

Mercedes Sprinter

Sprinter Van Service

One vehicle for the whole party. The Sprinter's high roof lets passengers stand and walk to their seat, and the rear luggage bay takes fourteen checked bags without anything ending up on a lap.

It replaces the four-rideshare convoy that arrives at four different times — one vehicle, one chauffeur, one fare, one arrival.

  • Up to fourteen passengers with fourteen bags
  • High-roof cabin with standing headroom
  • Executive seating with individual climate control
  • Dedicated luggage bay separate from the cabin
  • Available point-to-point or by the hour
  • Group airport runs and corporate shuttles

Hourly Charter

Reserve the vehicle and chauffeur for a block of time with unlimited stops in the region. Best for days that will not survive a fixed itinerary — a schedule that shifts, an evening with three destinations, medical appointments with an uncertain end time, or a roadshow where meetings run long.

The chauffeur waits with the vehicle between stops. You are not re-booking each leg, and you are not paying surge on the way home.

  • Vehicle and chauffeur reserved for the block
  • Unlimited stops within the service region
  • Chauffeur waits between destinations
  • Itinerary can change during the reservation
  • Any vehicle class, sedan through Sprinter
  • Common minimums apply, quoted at booking

Group Transportation

For parties larger than a single Sprinter, we coordinate multiple vehicles under one point of contact and one quote, with arrivals timed to land together rather than trickling in across twenty minutes.

Wedding parties, conference delegations, corporate offsites, and family reunions are handled this way regularly — you speak to one person, not to five drivers.

  • Multi-vehicle coordination under one contact
  • Single consolidated quote for the whole movement
  • Arrivals timed together, not staggered
  • Wedding party and guest shuttle logistics
  • Conference and delegation transport
  • Repeat shuttle loops for large events

Woodinville Wine Tours

Woodinville wine country by private chauffeur — typically a five to seven hour day across the Hollywood District, the Warehouse District, and the estate wineries, with door-to-door service from anywhere in the Puget Sound.

Your chauffeur waits while you taste, moves the party between rooms, and gets everyone home. Nobody has to be the designated driver.

  • Five to seven hour tasting days
  • Hollywood District, Warehouse District, and estates
  • Door-to-door from anywhere in the region
  • Chauffeur waits between tasting rooms
  • Metris for up to seven, Sprinter for up to fourteen

Event and Concert Transportation

Climate Pledge Arena, Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park, the Paramount, Benaroya Hall, and the venues in between. Arrive without hunting for parking, and leave on your schedule rather than waiting out a surge-priced queue with forty thousand other people.

Post-event pickup is arranged at a specific location agreed before the event, so your chauffeur is where you expect when the lights come up.

  • Climate Pledge Arena, Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park
  • Theater and concert hall service downtown
  • Pre-agreed post-event pickup point
  • No parking, no surge pricing on the way home
  • Group vehicles for parties and suites
  • Hourly option for dinner-plus-event evenings

Long Distance Car Service

Point-to-point service well beyond the metro — Portland, Vancouver BC, Leavenworth, Whistler, the Olympic Peninsula, and the ski areas. Quoted upfront as a single fare, driven door to door by one chauffeur rather than assembled from connections.

For cross-border travel to Vancouver, tell us at booking so the route and documentation are handled ahead of time.

  • Portland, Vancouver BC, Leavenworth, Whistler
  • Olympic Peninsula and coastal destinations
  • Snoqualmie, Crystal Mountain, and Stevens Pass
  • One chauffeur for the entire journey

05 — How booking works

The same four steps, whatever you book.

01

Request

Book online or call 206-747-0485. Give us the route, date, party size, and luggage. We quote a starting-from fare adjusted for distance and vehicle class before you commit.

02

Confirmation

Written confirmation with your vehicle class, pickup protocol, and chauffeur details. Airport bookings begin flight tracking automatically.

03

Pickup

Your chauffeur arrives early and waits. At SeaTac we text the exact baggage claim door where the vehicle is curbside, or meet you inside with Meet and Greet at $50.

04

Arrival

Route monitored, timing protected, receipt itemized to the fare you approved. No meter adjustments and no post-ride surprises.

06 — What is included

Stated plainly, before you book.

Included in every quoted fare

  • Vehicle and professional chauffeur for the reserved service
  • All fuel with no mileage surcharge inside the quoted route
  • Standard wait time at pickup, with a longer grace period on flight arrivals
  • Real-time flight tracking on every airport transfer, with no delay charge
  • Tolls and standard parking along the quoted route
  • Bottled water and phone charging on board
  • Child car seats on request at no additional charge
  • Luggage assistance to and from the vehicle

Quoted separately or added

  • Meet and Greet at $50 — chauffeur waits inside the terminal with a name sign
  • Extended wait time beyond the included grace period, billed in increments
  • Additional stops not listed at the time of booking
  • Gratuity, which is always at your discretion
  • Hourly overage beyond a reserved charter block
  • Cross-border travel to Vancouver BC, quoted individually
  • Peak-period rates on holidays and major event dates, disclosed at quote

Every one of these is disclosed at the time of quoting. Nothing on the right-hand list appears on a receipt without having been agreed first.

07 — Service questions

Answers about the services.

What services does NW Car Services offer?

NW Car Services offers eleven chauffeured transportation services across the Puget Sound region: SeaTac airport transfers, Seattle cruise terminal transfers, black car service, private chauffeur service, corporate and executive transportation, Sprinter van service, hourly charter, group transportation, Woodinville wine tours, event and concert transportation, and long distance car service.

How does SeaTac airport pickup work?

Your chauffeur tracks your flight in real time and meets you curbside at the baggage claim level. Once you have collected your luggage, we text the exact door number where your vehicle is waiting. Meet and Greet, where your chauffeur waits inside the terminal holding a name sign, is available as a $50 add-on.

What is included in the quoted fare?

Quoted fares include the vehicle and professional chauffeur, all fuel, standard wait time, flight tracking on airport transfers, tolls and standard parking along the route, bottled water, and child car seats on request. Meet and Greet at $50, extended wait time, additional unlisted stops, and gratuity are not included in the base fare and are always disclosed before booking.

Do you charge extra if my flight is delayed?

No. We track every inbound flight in real time and adjust your pickup automatically, whether the flight lands early or hours late. There is no charge for flight delays.

How much wait time is included with airport pickups?

Domestic arrivals include a standard grace period after landing, and international arrivals include a longer window to allow for customs and immigration. Because your chauffeur is tracking the flight, the clock starts at actual landing time rather than scheduled arrival. Extended wait beyond the included period is billed in increments and quoted at booking.

What is the difference between hourly charter and point-to-point service?

Point-to-point is quoted for a defined route from pickup to destination and suits airport transfers and single trips. Hourly charter reserves the vehicle and chauffeur for a block of time with unlimited stops in the region, which suits wine tours, evenings out, roadshows, and days where the itinerary may change after you have set out.

Can NW Car Services handle multiple vehicles for a large group?

Yes. Groups larger than fourteen are coordinated across multiple vehicles under a single point of contact and a single quote, with arrivals timed together rather than staggered. Wedding parties, conference delegations, and corporate events are handled this way regularly.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend at least 24 hours for airport and cruise transfers, and earlier for pre-dawn pickups, holidays, summer cruise weekends, and group bookings requiring multiple vehicles. Same-day requests are accommodated whenever fleet availability allows — call 206-747-0485 for immediate dispatch.
