NW Car Services covers the greater Puget Sound region from Anacortes in the north to Olympia in the south, across the water to Kitsap, and over the passes when the trip calls for it. One operation, one dispatch team, and the same standard whether the pickup is in downtown Seattle or a driveway in Gig Harbor.
01 — Coverage at a glance
There is no zone surcharge anywhere in our coverage area. Every fare is quoted upfront using starting-from rates that adjust with the actual distance driven, so a pickup in Olympia is priced by its route rather than by an added out-of-area fee.

Core coverage means vehicles are regularly positioned in the area and same-day availability is common. Scheduled coverage means we serve the area routinely with advance booking, typically 24 hours ahead.
02 — Airports
Our highest-volume destination by a wide margin. Chauffeurs track your flight from takeoff, so an early landing or a three-hour delay changes nothing about your pickup and carries no charge.
On arrival we meet you curbside at the baggage claim level. Once you have your bags, we text the exact door number where the vehicle is waiting — you walk out and it is there. If you would rather be met inside, Meet and Greet is a $50 add-on with your chauffeur holding a name sign at the terminal.
The region's private and corporate aviation hub, five miles south of downtown Seattle. We serve the fixed-base operators and terminal directly, with pickups coordinated to tail number and arrival time rather than to a public flight board.
Private aviation schedules move. Give dispatch the FBO and the tail number at booking and your chauffeur coordinates directly with the operator so the vehicle is positioned when the aircraft actually arrives.
Snohomish County's commercial airport, serving north Puget Sound travelers who would rather not drive to SeaTac. The passenger terminal is compact enough that curbside pickup is straightforward, with no garage navigation involved.
Paine Field is often the faster option for travelers north of Seattle, and we quote both airports on request so you can compare the full door-to-door time rather than just the airfare.
03 — Cruise terminals
The downtown terminal, on Alaskan Way at the foot of Bell Street, walking distance from the Pike Place Market district. Its central location makes it convenient for passengers staying downtown the night before sailing, and awkward on sailing mornings when waterfront traffic and terminal queuing collide.
We time departures to your cruise line's boarding window rather than to a generic arrival hour, and monitor waterfront congestion on sailing days.
The larger of the two terminals, north of downtown in the Magnolia and Interbay area, and the primary departure point for Alaska sailings. Pier 91 handles the biggest ships and, on peak Saturdays, the biggest crowds.
On days when both piers load at once, terminal approach roads back up considerably. We build that into departure timing rather than discovering it at the gate, and monitor conditions live on peak sailing days.

Over Stevens Pass to the Bavarian village. Winter travel is recommended in the Suburban for pass conditions.
Cross-border resort service along the Sea-to-Sky corridor, quoted as a single fare with one chauffeur throughout.
Port Angeles, Sequim, Forks, and the coastal towns, including ferry-routed itineraries timed to sailing schedules.
